※お届けに2～3営業日（北海道・沖縄・離島を除く）かかります。時間に余裕をもってご注文ください。※「ご宿泊者様名」・「チェックイン日」を備考欄にお書きいただくとスムーズです。

※ご不明点がある場合やうまくアクセスできない場合は お問い合わせページ、もしくはお客様サービスセンター（フリーダイヤル 0120-17-9898／8：00～17：00 ※土日祝を除く）までお問い合わせ下さい。

We can deliver your purchase to any hotel in all territory of Japan within period of your stay. In that case, please write in the Order form your home address as the “Address for registration” and name and address of the hotel as the “Address for delivery”. Also, please be kind to write the　”Guest name” and “Check-in date” in “Details” of Order form.

Attention! The time for delivery is depending on the place where you are, but usually it takes 2-3 weekdays. In case of Hokkaido, Okinawa or Remote Islands it may takes more long time. Do not order before you leave the hotel.
